Overview

This is a temporary/casual role based at our office in Hemel Hempstead on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities
  • Accurate and timely collection and processing of specified client onboarding requests (including account and program creation, fee structure maintenance and user set up as necessary) via Program Modeler (BHN Platform).
  • Predominantly working in Program Modeler and using approved websites to gather missing detail (for example Companies House and Google Maps).
  • Quality checking of data inputs.
  • Professional and efficient query management (via email and query log) within agreed SLAs.
  • Administration support for Transactional Team Account Managers.
  • Adherence to BHN Data Security processes in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Accurate processing and set‑up of client scheme(s) data to support invoicing purposes.
  • Liaising with internal departments (e.g., Account Management / Service Delivery) as required.
Principal Working Relationships
  • Clients
    • Non‑direct as you will be working with Account Managers to support their portfolio of clients, however you may be required to send a generic email with attachments (template provided) to clients to confirm that set up is complete and that they need to complete some steps themselves before ordering.

    • Client Services
    • Transactional Sales team
    • Group Companies (GVS, BHN)
