Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in continuous improvement, operational support, or similar environments.
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and performance metrics.
- Understanding of Lean principles or productivity improvement approaches.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
- Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving and implementing improvements.
Responsibilities
- Analyse site workflows and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and improvement workshops
- Monitor productivity and performance through dashboards and reporting tools
- Support the implementation of automation and digital solutions
- Encourage and promote colleague-led improvement ideas and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across sites to share best practice and track improvements
