• Strong background in legal escalations, contract drafting, and negotiation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and international data privacy laws.
• Experience as a CISO or strong knowledge of IT security principles.
• Demonstrable audit experience with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials.
• Experience in FX trading and managing banking relationships.
• Leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Commitment to sustainability and supply chain optimisation.
