Overview

Operations Director Needed in Oldham. Location: Oldham. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time. Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + car allowance + performance bonus (up to £66,000 OTE). This role is with one of the UK's leading independent vehicle repair specialists, supporting a growing senior management team. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple vehicle repair branches
  • Drive operational performance, customer service standards, and compliance
  • Manage workshop productivity, workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Develop and implement scalable systems and standard operating procedures
  • Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and team leaders
  • Analyse performance data to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director on strategic planning and business development
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety and environmental regulations
What We're Looking For
  • Proven senior leadership experience within a multi-site automotive or service-based environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and operational management expertise
  • Excellent people leadership and communication skills
  • Background in vehicle repair or automotive aftermarket highly desirable
