Operations Director – Reputable Main Contractor- Largescale Projects

Our client is a main contractor specialising in city centre new build projects including large commercial builds and high rise residential schemes. They are looking to appoint an Operations Director to strengthen standards across their projects and provide hands‑on support to the operations team.

This is a visible, site‑focused role for an experienced construction leader who can bring consistency, accountability and strong operational standards across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Operations leadership experience in high‑rise residential construction, or large‑scale commercial projects of a similar calibre

• A practical, collaborative approach to helping teams deliver work safely and to a high standard

Duties will include:
