You’ll collaborate with creative and strategic professionals to craft compelling stories and campaigns that truly resonate with audiences, utilising cutting‑edge tools and agile processes. This role is right for you if you are a seasoned professional who excels in leading operational strategies and managing complex workflows. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of team operations in alignment with business goals. You have a deep understanding of the agency environment and can drive success from negotiation and implementation stages through to ongoing management.
The Operations Director is responsible for the growth and profitability of the business, through monitoring cost control and driving solutions for constant improvement and slicker operational processes. You will be part of a new multi‑skilled and vibrant creative, design and ops team put together specifically for this account.
The account will require somebody with lots of energy, a can‑do attitude, ability to manage many different work streams at any one time and a hands‑on approach to get the job done.
