This job would suit someone seeking a broad ranging Operations jobs role covering sourcing, procurement, R&D / formulation, production, packaging, labelling QC and fulfilment. As an Operations Manager or Operations Director, you must be interested in an agile scale up manufacturing. You will have autonomy for the CapEx roadmap (including automation projects) to speed up the scaling of manufacture. This is a great Ops job opportunity for someone dynamic and wanting to really grow.

You may have been an operations manager, site manager, Production manager, head of operations or operations director. You will maybe be wanting to move away from "turn the handle" high volume food / FMCG / bev production and help an innovative fast growth business scale up their manufacturing.
