ABOUT YOU
  • Proven experience co-ordinating operational and legal workstreams.
  • Strong background in legal escalations, contract drafting, and negotiation of legal terms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and international data privacy laws (DPO experience a bonus).
  • Experience as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or strong knowledge of IT security principles.
  • Demonstrable audit experience, including client, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, and EcoVardis audits.
  • Experience in FX trading, strategy setting, and managing strategic banking relationships.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive digital transformation and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Track record in risk management, compliance, and business continuity planning.
  • Commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and supply chain optimisation.
