Job summary

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of a bachelor's degree.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Strong MS Office / MS applications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily processes ensuring smooth, timely production of IBA's benchmarks, including Precious Metals auctions.
• Assist onboarding and training of new customers for the ICE CoT traceability platform.
• Support testing and development of IBA platforms.
• Contribute to a website overhaul for the IBA.
• Assist the IBA commercial team with invoice calculations and billing queries, identifying licensing opportunities.
