Operations Coordinator – Location: Laleham, Surrey • Salary: £25,700 per year • Type: Full-Time, Permanent • Start Date: immediate

A client is seeking an organised and reliable Operations Coordinator to join their depot in Laleham. This role offers an opportunity to work within a structured team environment and support the efficient running of daily operations.

Role Summary

The Operations Coordinator will support technicians, supervisors, and management by allocating tasks, managing routing, and handling depot administration. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate and monitor work assignments across the team
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using various systems
  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate with the supply chain
