This Operations Coordinator role is for you!

In your new job you'll be the hub of all projects coming through a busy facilities company. If you're the sort of person who enjoys being involved in all aspects of a business, you'll love it here!

Day to day you'll be supporting customers who can vary from small businesses to global behemoths and government departments to football teams; it's really varied. You'll look after the internal teams too, from sales administration to dealing with suppliers and booking hotels/travel for the service teams.

Your new company has a big focus on sustainability and maintaining the highest standards, and you'll be pivotal in this, particularly around ESG and ISO compliance.

To hit the ground running you'll need experience in compliance, auditing or facilities administration.

Organisation skills and a good knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint are a must.
