  • Communicating with all operating stakeholders to ensure efficient flight scheduling.
  • Supporting crews with flight package and weather briefings.

Job Description
  • Worldwide trip planning and support for our fleet from trip confirmation to landing including handling and permit set up, flight planning, crewing and flight watch.
  • Communicating with all operating stakeholders to ensure efficient flight scheduling and compliance with regulations.
  • Supporting and assisting our crews with flight package and weather briefings.
  • Control, analysis and storage of flight operations documents and data according to the company policy.
  • Maintaining a library of current manuals, regulatory publications and other essential documents associated with operational control.
  • Acting as the focal point in Ops for flight and schedule management.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work shift patterns including days, nights and weekends on a 24 / 7 roster.
  • Familiar with UK / European aviation legislation.
  • Experience of worldwide flight planning.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
