  • Maintain high standards across the workspace.
  • Liaise with cleaning/maintenance teams and complete floor checks.
  • Manage meeting rooms and basic AV set-ups.
  • Support events, inductions and member onboarding.
  • Handle enquiries and shared inboxes.
  • Assist with Health & Safety tasks and contractor coordination.

Join a vibrant, purpose-led workspace supporting a community of mission-driven organisations. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days look the same.

You’ll support daily operations across a busy multi-floor office, acting as a key point of contact for members, keeping the space running smoothly, and delivering great service with a smile. Expect a mix of facilities checks, meeting room coordination, events support, inductions, inbox management and occasional reception cover. Perfect for someone energetic, organised and proactive who loves being on their feet and solving problems.
