A leading energy provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Clerk to provide clerical and administrative support. This role requires proficiency in office equipment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle customer requests effectively. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and be able to perform clerical functions using various computer programs. This position offers a pay of $27.10 per hour and requires flexibility to travel as needed.

Location: Leominster, Massachusetts
Operations Clerk provides clerical and administrative support to one of various Operations Support functions throughout the Operations Support Jurisdictional Departments. All other duties usually assigned this classification.
Must be able to operate office equipment such as computer, calculator, copier/scanner/fax.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Type approximately 25 words per minute.
Must have the ability to converse intelligently in a pleasant, understandable, and helpful manner with department staff, internal and external customers.
Must be a legible penman, proficient in filing and office procedures, and must be able to assume responsibilities for routine clerical work.
Must have the ability to pass accepted clerical standard tests.
Must have the ability to acquire a sufficient knowledge of Company policies and practices to prepare and maintain various forms, records and reports required in department.
Employee may be required to work during heavy activity periods and emergency situations.
Must possess and maintain valid driver's license with no restrictions on hours of operations.

Newly hired employees are bound by the terms of the collective bargaining agreement as well as other agreements between the Company and the local union.
