You’ll be part of an Operations team building the foundations to automation and improve for the next phase of Elliptic’s growth. Working closely with stakeholders in the Go-to-market organisation and Commercial Analysts you will ensure our data is available across our core systems, drive commercial outcomes and support the Company strategy.

You will also enable efficiency across the business, be it implementing new tools, creating a unified view of our commercial data or helping teams build automations you’ll be an integral part of Elliptic’s scaling journey.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the operational backbone of our revenue engine from initial qualified leads through renewals and expansion. You'll work with HubSpot CRM daily, ensuring data quality, process compliance, and seamless handoffs across the customer lifecycle.

Work as part of a team maintaining data hygiene and enforce CRM compliance across the full customer lifecycle.

  • Support AEs in ensuring deal accuracy, stage progression, and timely updates;
  • Coordinate with CSMs ensuring onboarding milestones, renewals, and expansion opportunities are executed in a timely manner;

Monitor lifecycle handoffs (Marketing→Sales, Sales→CS) to ensure seamless transitions and complete data transfer. Partnering with Head of CRM, Head of Revenue Operations and Director of CS you will :

  • Support them to drive execution and triage any breakdowns in process across all lifecycle stages;
  • Help Marketing / Sales / CS leaders navigate the CRM data on day-to-day queries;
  • Execute workflows and processes designed by strategic operations leaders.

Work with Business Analysts to improve understanding of the customer lifecycle

  • Enable insight gathering by ensuring the GTM data foundations are sound across all lifecycle stages and fix any issues identified;
  • Monitor conversion metrics and time metrics data quality;
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability.
CRM Administration
  • On-going user provisioning and permissions management;
  • Resolve ad hoc questions from the Revenue team and user management;
  • Provide L1 support and upscale complex issues to the Head of CRM.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Our ideal candidate has :
  • Experience in a MarOps or RevOps role and is familiar with Hubspot;
  • Enjoy working with technology to drive efficiency; you’ve built your own Notion or have tinkered with Zapier.
  • Experience working with Revenue organisations in SaaS or high growth start ups.
Bonus Points for :
  • Comfortable doing analysis and using BI tools; and
  • An interest in crypto
