  • Process purchase orders as required.
  • Undertake training as required.

Position Overview

Due to continued business growth, EOS are seeking an Operations Associate to help fulfil and exceed the company’s service delivery requirements.

Daily Duties
  • Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors globally to provide IT & AV equipment
  • Manage delivery timescales, mitigating delays and reporting such to management
  • Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing a high level of customer service to our clients, some of which are leading global IT organisations
  • Proactively plan and organize inbound and outbound deliveries to meet implementation dates
  • Carryout purchase order processing
  • Undertake training as required or as identified by management for the proper execution or development within your role/company.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holder
Essential Criteria
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong numeracy skills and analytical ability
  • Efficient time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Able to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global company
  • Evidence of excellent organisational and proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet to overcome issues with supply.
  • Can maintain a high standard of work, even when working under pressure and handling multiple issues
  • Be a motivated, self-starter, who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change to meet the needs of the customer working across different time zones.
Desirable Skills
  • Degree in Business/IT management or related business discipline is desirable but not required
  • Demonstrable experience working in either a Procurement/Customer Service/IT or Logistics role
  • Experience of Audio Visual/Video Conferencing and Networking environments
  • Experience using ERP systems e.g., Sage X3, QuickBooks
  • A firm knowledge of the supply chain process
