Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will help deliver quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in our Club Room, the hub of our clubs where members socialize, relax and work.

We look for a team player with a passion for guest engagement, strong listening and collaboration skills, and previous hospitality experience. The role offers flexible shifts across seven days and potential career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills.
• Excellent service mindset and genuine passion for engaging with individuals.
• An emergency response qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to members daily, 7 days a week.
• Work in a fast-paced, friendly environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with Club Room operations and member interactions.
• Support with food and beverage service and adherence to standards.
