Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Worcester is seeking a DL Kids Coach to lead after-school, weekend and holiday club activities for children aged 3–12. You will host games, sport and art sessions to promote healthy activity and fun, while maintaining safety and engagement.

You must be 17 or over and studying towards a childcare/teaching/coaching qualification, with a passion for working with kids and experience in similar settings.

Qualifications

• Needs to be 17 or over and working toward childcare/teaching/coaching qualification.
• Experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Genuine passion for engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead games, sports, and art sessions for ages 3–12.
• Run after-school, weekend, and holiday club activities.
• Create a fun, inclusive environment that supports physical and mental wellbeing.

£13.00 per hour

As a qualified DL Kids Coach you will host a variety of games, sporting activities and art session with our members aged between 3 and 12, both after school and at weekends. Our holiday club programmes run during school holidays and are a fantastic sport camps for our younger members to have fun and explore their physical sides.

Hours will vary but will be upwards of 8 hours per week as a minimum.

As a DL Kids Coach:

• You must be 17 or over and be workingtowards a childcare / teaching / coaching qualification.
