Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a DL Kids Coach in Cambridge to lead games, sports and art sessions for children aged 3–12, across after-school, weekend, and holiday programmes. Hours start at a minimum of eight per week, with the chance to grow through internal training and progression.

You will work with a team in a premium health and wellness group that values belonging and personal growth, with benefits including family club membership and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 or over and working towards a childcare/teaching/coaching qualification.
• Experience in a similar environment is desirable.
• Ability to engage and inspire children aged 3–12.

Responsibilities

• Host a variety of games, sporting activities and art sessions for members aged 3–12.
• Deliver after-school and weekend sessions and school holiday clubs.
• Foster a fun, inclusive culture and support children's wellbeing.

As a qualified DL Kids Coach you will host a variety of games, sporting activities and art session with our members aged between 3 and 12, both after school and at weekends. Our holiday club programmes run during school holidays and are a fantastic sport camps for our younger members to have fun and explore their physical sides. Hours will vary but will be upwards of 8 hours per week as a minimum.
