We are partnering exclusively with a global venture capital firm that is both ambitious and entrepreneurial to recruit a driven and highly motivated Operations Assistant. For the right person, this is an exceptional opportunity to develop and progress into an Operations Manager / Chief of Staff position. This role supports two senior Partners and will suit someone who enjoys variety and being close to the action. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, help drive efficiencies and make a real difference to how things run day to day. You’ll be handling busy diaries, coordinating meetings and events, and managing relationships with high-profile stakeholders. It’s a fast-paced environment where trust, attention to detail and a sense of calm are key.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive package including 26 days’ holiday, pension contribution, and ongoing support for your learning and development, including Strategic PA Network membership. This position is aligned to Level 3/4 on the Global Skills Matrix, with a clear pathway to progress into Level 5 as the company’s growth plan evolves. Experience working alongside senior leadership or board-level executives will be highly regarded, as will previous exposure to a start-up or fast-growing environment where you’ve managed a broad range of responsibilities. While the level of experience can vary, we’re ideally looking for someone with a minimum of three to four years of solid corporate experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
