Agile, professional, and highly respected in their field, they operate with the efficiency of a small team while delivering the quality and reliability of a larger organisation.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking someone who is early in their career - ideally a recent graduate (not essential) or a junior professional with 1–2 years’ experience - who is proactive, highly organised, and ready to take the next step. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has begun building their administrative or operations experience and now wants to progress with more ownership, responsibility, and greater exposure across a growing business.

The Role and Responsibilities

As an Operations Assistant, you will take on a broad, hands‑on role supporting core business operations, administration, and basic finance coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily office operations including suppliers, equipment, onboarding, and facilities
  • Acting as a central point of contact across the business to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing administrative and EA support to directors, including diary management, travel, and meeting preparation
  • Supporting project administration, reporting, marketing updates, and light HR‑related tasks
  • Coordinating onboarding processes and supporting internal team logistics
  • Supporting the Finance Director with light finance administration
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, and credit control
Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

This role is ideal for a junior candidate, looking to progress and develop, including those who are:

  • Graduates or early‑career professionals with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in operations, administration, or an ops/finance role
  • Strong organisers who can manage multiple tasks and moving parts
  • Positive, proactive, detail‑oriented, and keen to learn
  • Comfortable working with different systems and tools
  • Confident with Excel and handling administrative data
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to take ownership
  • Strong communicators who handle information professionally
  • Motivated by being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes
Value Proposition
  • Competitive salary plus annual bonus
  • Flexible working options - full‑time or part‑time available
  • Training and professional development opportunities
  • A supportive, people‑focused team where junior team members are encouraged to grow and where your contribution will make a real impact

If you’re a graduate or junior professional who enjoys variety, loves being at the heart of operations, and wants a role with real influence across the business while supporting a wider team and Directors, this opportunity offers a meaningful and rewarding next step in your career.
