Location: Delamere Forest
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: Part time, average of 32 hours per week. Days of Work: Your hours will cover a 2 week rolling rota. Week 1: 40 hours over 5 days including the weekend / Week 2: 24 hours over 3 days with the weekend off

About the Operations Assistant role

Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests. You will also complete general maintenance tasks, so a basic knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is desirable. Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of delivering your daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.

You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and are happy to work with our brand standards, ensuring every guest experience that Forest Feeling the moment they step into their cabin.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure hot tubs are in perfect working order for guests every day.
  • Complete general maintenance tasks, with basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and decorating.
  • Deliver tasks in a timely and competent manner while maintaining brand standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues.

Pay (Aged 16 and 17)
  • 16 years: £7.55 per hour
  • 17 years: £10.00 per hour
