Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are on the lookout for a passionate Operations Assistant to join our team! As Operations Assistant, your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed.

What we’re looking for

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable, not essential for this role.
