• Location: Beddgelert (Gwynedd)
• Salary: £12.21 per hour
• Working Hours: Part time, 32 hours.
• Days of Work: Working an average of 4 days per week.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our Beddgelert team! A handful of cabins in a sheltered woodland glade, bordered by a tumbling river and situated in the heart of Snowdonia National Park - Croeso i Beddgelert Snowdonia!

About the Operations Assistant role

Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience.

• Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
• Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
• Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
• Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.

What We Are Looking For

Our ideal Operations Assistant will be a dynamic individual who applies a can‑do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location. You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues. A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year.

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17

• 16 years: £7.55 per hour
• 17 years: £10.00 per hour
