Qualifications

• 3 A-levels at grades BBC and GCSE Maths and English at Grade C (4) or an equivalent qualification.
• Commitment and enthusiasm are core requirements for the Apprenticeship programme.
• You must meet Government apprentice funding requirements and have the legal right to work for the duration of the programme.

Responsibilities

• To support the day-to-day operations of the operations business division providing insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions.
• Assist with improving processes and managing risk within the bank's operations.
• Participate in online assessments and an in-person assessment day as part of the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with Government apprenticeship funding requirements and right-to-work rules.
