Job Title: Operations and Supply Chain Manager

Location: Hammersmith, London

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

Pod Talent are partnering with an exciting, fast-growing lifestyle and interiors brand, creating beautiful homeware and furnishings sold through a D2C online store and by-appointment showroom. The business is experiencing rapid growth, including strong expansion in the US market, and is looking for a hands‑on Operations and Supply Chain Manager to support and optimise its end-to-end supply chain and fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities – Operations and Supply Chain Manager:
  • Lead inventory planning and demand forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels across c.200 SKUs, balancing availability with efficiency.
  • Manage supplier and warehouse relationships, placing purchase orders, tracking production, and resolving issues proactively.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day fulfilment operations, shipping, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
  • Review operational processes and systems, identify opportunities for automation, and support system transitions (Shopify/Xero).
  • Work closely with the wider team to support operational excellence while maintaining a collaborative, friendly culture.
Key Experience & Skills Required – Operations and Supply Chain Manager:
  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, ideally within consumer goods, retail or high-value products.
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of end-to-end operations, from procurement through fulfilment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, particularly in demand forecasting, inventory management, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing environment with evolving priorities.
  • Tech‑savvy, with experience in Shopify, Xero, or similar systems, and an ability to support operational systems transitions.
  • Organised, collaborative, and adaptable, with a friendly and pragmatic approach to team working.
