Job description

ATLAS Arts is looking for an Operations and Finance Manager to help ensure the organisation runs smoothly and sustainably.

The role focuses on maintaining safe, fair and responsible financial systems and day to day operations.

Working alongside the Artistic Director and supported by the wider team, this is a busy and varied post covering office management, business planning, income generation, legislative compliance, fair work, and health and safety.

You will help keep the organisation on a strong footing as it plans and delivers its arts and events programme.

There is scope within the role to develop new approaches to fair work, resource sharing, financial transparency, and community strategies.

Flexible working is offered from day one, with some home working supported for applicants living further from Portree.

A relocation allowance of up to £1500 is available for those moving to the area.

Applicants should be based in Skye or Lochalsh.
