Job Description

Role: Operations Analyst

Reporting To: Operations and Logistics Manager

Based in: Shoreditch, London – On site

Working Pattern: Full time - 4-day week scheme*

Salary: £30-35k depending on experience

The Role

We’re seeking an analytical, action-oriented professional passionate about systems, data, and cross-functional collaboration. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across teams to solve problems and drive improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and IT skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to automate and unify business data into clear, user-friendly insights. A passion for software, optimisation, and enhancing internal, warehouse, and supplier systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations and Logistics Manager with tech stack improvements including system design, process flows and coordination with external partners
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce to identify system gaps, troubleshoot issues and suggest effective solutions
  • Research and scope new apps or system solutions, propose to the Operations and Logistics Manager
  • Assist in testing, upgrades and roll outs of new systems or features, including go-live support and post-launch troubleshooting
  • Manage cross-functional communication and ensure project timelines are met across departments
  • Manage temporary admin solutions and ensure seamless system functionality during transitions
  • Oversee onboarding of new staff across all relevant systems and platforms
  • Handle data management tasks including uploads, audits, cleansing and maintaining data integrity
  • Work across key platforms such as HubSpot, Shopify, Brightpearl and integrated third‑party apps
  • Foster collaboration and build strong relationships across company and with Bsol partners
Reporting
  • Support Heads of Department and Operations Manager in analysis for CRM and HubSpot initiatives, including performance and ROI evaluations
  • Improve business reporting by implementing a business analytics platform, focusing on automation, ease of use for wider team and reporting capabilities
Training and team support
  • Maintain system manuals and tango guides in collaborations with the Operations and Logistics Manager
  • Deliver regular training sessions and ad‑hoc super user support to ensure team upskilling and confidence in system use
  • Promote best practices across all users helping prevent “badmin”, inefficient or inconsistent use
  • Gather feedback from internal users to identify blockers or areas for improvement and propose solutions to the Operations and Logistics Manager
  • Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Operations Manager as needed
Requirements
  • 2yrs experience in Data, Systems or Operations role
  • Proficient in ERPs (Brightpearl ), with additional experience in HubSpot, Shopify and Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Technically adept, with experience using database and analytics software
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective use support and cross‑team coordination
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proactive, positive and solutions‑focused approach to work
