  • Handling reviews and engaging relevant teams to resolve complex cases.
  • Managing applications, audit cases, and amendment processes.
  • Assisting in investigations related to non-compliance or potential harm to energy consumers.
  • Meeting the team's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Supporting all aspects of operations and scheme-related work.
  • Proactively reviewing procedures and suggesting improvements.

Operations Analyst

Contract Type: Temporary until end of March 26, could be extended. Monday - Friday 36 hours

Working Pattern: Hybrid working 1 day in the office per week

Location: London or Glasgow

Rate hourly: Glasgow £14.74

Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Assurance Hub, which plays a critical role in developing and implementing internal controls and procedures. The successful candidate will support the delivery of operational objectives across various portfolios, ensuring compliance and efficiency. We are looking for candidates to work in either the London or Glasgow office 1 day per week, the rest of the week will be from home.

Key Responsibilities
