Job summary

Lancaster Associates is seeking a polished, ambitious Operations Analyst to join the Data Engineering division of a leading investment bank in a temp-to-perm, in-office role based in Birmingham. You will support the Chief of Staff function across EMEA, coordinating projects and budgets while delivering accurate data updates.

The ideal candidate has at least two years’ experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong academic record, and hands-on Excel reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent inter-personal skills and a strong academic record.
• Degree level preferred; strong administrative experience in financial or professional services, HR or technology.
• Advanced PC skills including Excel (V-Lookups, PivotTables); JIRA experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding for contractors and maintain related records.
• Update systems and produce meaningful data reports via Excel.
• Track staff movements and transfers and coordinate on-going projects.
