I’m recruiting exclusively for several Operations Analyst positions with a major UK organisation. These roles offer £13.43 per hour, with 1 day per week in the Glasgow and the rest working from home. Interviews happening next week, with a start date of Monday the 12th of January.

The Role

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll work as part of a friendly, multi-skilled team. Your main responsibility will be to manage and process cases, analyse data, and help ensure accurate reporting and payments across several government-backed environmental schemes.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, has good attention to detail, and is confident managing their own workload.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Reviewing and analysing data submissions from external organisations
  • Checking and approving data to ensure accuracy before payments are issued
  • Using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to plan and organise your workload
  • Speaking with external stakeholders when further information or clarification is needed
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Feeding back key information, risks, and progress to senior managers
