Job description

Supporting Trading and Asset Management business's trading in 24/7 Digital and traditional markets, we are looking for flexible and dynamic individuals to help the business grow from its exciting launch phase. You will be responsible for managing Prime Brokers, Custodians and trading venues, ensuring trades settle in a timely fashion, margin calls are met, and accounts are appropriately funded in a sophisticated global trading business. This is an opportunity to join a growing business in an important function and help design and shape the role and processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Reconciliations - ensuring trades and positions reconcile with Prime Brokers, Trading venues and Custodians.
• Managing cash and digital balances - Instructing transfers of both Fiat and Digital currencies and assets.
• Counterparty management - Liaising with trading counterparties to ensure timely settlement.
• Help implement new trade ideas and flows
• Banking and Currency Rails - manage accounts to support business across currencies and within agreed settlement period.
  Confident, organised and self-motivated - ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
• Operations experience in both traditional and digital assets.
• Experience of a Crypto high volume trading environment, trading across multiple regions and assets.
• Problem solving skills think on their feet, be proactive and spot opportunities to improve processes.
• Experience of working in Fund structures would be beneficial
• Defi understanding/knowledge a plus
• Strong transformation and change management skill
• Candidate needs to have good analytical skills.
• Easily personable with colleagues and clients.
