Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the dynamic Building & Construction industry? Our client, a leading organisation specialising in asbestos removal, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join their team.

What You'll Do
  • Managing Queries: Handle asbestos removal inquiries from start to finish, effectively liaising with residents and housing associations daily
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proactively deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders, developing strong relationships along the way
  • Contractual Compliance: Ensure that all responses meet contractual SLAs and standards
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage engineers' diaries and schedule planned work efficiently
  • Sub-Contractor Booking: Book and coordinate sub-contractors for ongoing projects
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor contractor and engineer performance, providing timely updates to relevant parties
  • Invoicing & Orders: Raise and sign off purchase orders, and produce work orders for operatives
  • Collaboration: Liaise with contractor managers, operatives, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations
  • Documentation: Produce Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) as needed
What We Offer
  • Salary: Competitive salary between £23,000 - £28,000
  • Hours: 08:30am to 05:00pm
  • Location: Office based in Sidcup, with easy access to public transport.
