A leading entertainment company in Liverpool is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to provide administrative support and enhance customer service. We are Gravity, we are the UK’s biggest name in active entertainment. Fun is our key word, and our company development is testament to this. We started in 2015 with the birth of the Gravity Active Brand, entertainment venues based around trampolines with other linked activities. In 2021 we developed the Gravity Max brand, moving away from trampolines to more experience gaming and attractions such as Karting, bowling and VR, plus offering food and drink to our customers within the Gravity Social bar branding.
We are now currently looking for Operations Support Administrator to join our fun team at our Gravity Max.
You will have various responsibilities including updating the CRM and HRIS systems, raising purchase orders creation, documentation and sending all forms, liaising with internal managers to ensure compliant and correct service,
You should have the ability to work on multiple tasks and be an excellent problem solver. Excellent MS Office and interpersonal skills should be possessed and demonstrated. You will be required to support the daily site business operation with tasks as well of keeping track and order of sales figures, contracts, and other office management duties.
