Job description

As Operations Administrator for BES Testing, you will carry out administrative activities such as processing of sales invoices and purchase order activity, as well as handling sales enquiries and acting as front of house. You Will

  • Act as front-of-house and manage main phone line
  • Distribute incoming mail and manage parcel dispatch
  • Daily invoicing and journal reconciliation in Microsoft 365
  • Set up new customers and define payment terms
  • Handle proforma invoices and manage online customer payments
  • Manage shared mailboxes
  • Raise requisitions and complete GRN in Microsoft 365
  • Prepare revenue and new customer reports
  • General administration and office supply management
    Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Experience in a similar sales or operations Administration role
  • Strong customer service and telephone handling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High accuracy in data input
  • Good writing skills for professional correspondence
