A construction services firm is looking for an Operations Administrator to support their customer service team in North Devon. The role involves providing administrative support across various operational areas, enhancing the efficiency of maintenance services. Successful candidates will have strong IT skills and effective communication abilities. The position offers hybrid working options after a training period.
Templer HomeBuild (THB) has a great opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join its growing customer service team based in Newton Abbot on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Working across the various compliance, reactive repairs, refurbishment, painting and planned workstreams that THB deliver for Teign Housing residents, you will provide essential admin‑based support to our Contracts Managers and the Planning/Scheduling team to help maintain and consistently improve the smooth and efficient operational delivery of our maintenance services.
We are looking for someone with excellent IT (specifically Excel, Word and Outlook), confident communication skills (written and verbal), a flair for detail, accuracy, and following things through to completion.
In return you will benefit from working as part of a dynamic and close‑knit team, who truly care about the work we do, along with the opportunity for hybrid working (blend of office and home working once established in the role).
Your main responsibility will be to aid the operational teams through completing routine and ad‑hoc administrative and office‑related duties.
Templer HomeBuild is a unique asset management business benefiting from integrated systems, procedures, and long‑term partnerships with Teign Housing and Ian Williams.
We deliver a comprehensive responsive repairs service (including gas servicing and repairs) as well as a host of additional property services including planned improvement, voids, and cyclical servicing.
We reserve the right to shortlist prior to the closing date based on application volumes.

We are fully focused on equality and believe deeply in diversity of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity and all other characteristics that make us different.
