We are seeking an organised, reliable, and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to work closely with our Operations Manager and Deputy Operations Manager. This is a hands‑on role providing direct administrative and organisational support to two busy managers overseeing multiple installation teams and projects each week. You’ll play a key part in keeping the department running smoothly — managing diaries, preparing documentation, assisting with communications, and ensuring the team stays on top of priorities.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives on structure and organisation, and takes pride in being a dependable point of support within a fast‑paced office.
