Overview

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator will provide administrative support to the SEGA West Operations team, with a primary focus on the physical packaging supply chain – overseeing the manufacture and distribution of back‑catalogue products.

Responsibilities
  • Order processing, logistics coordination, inventory tracking and procurement.
  • Support both physical and digital operations, including deactivation of digital keys and occasional ad‑hoc tasks.
  • Create commercial invoices and produce daily shipping and stock reports.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with first‑party partners, the UK warehouse and distributors.
  • Provide general departmental support and daily administrative assistance across all areas of the Operations team.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent data processing skills.
  • Prior experience in the video game or entertainment industry.
  • Oracle experience preferred.
