About the Role: As our Operational Training Manager, you'll lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs across the site. You'll ensure our employees are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to meet our quality and safety standards, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and multiskilling.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust operational training for new and existing employees.
  • Assess training needs through employee interviews and manager consultations.
  • Ensure training content aligns with diverse learning styles and business goals.
  • Monitor, audit, and continuously improve training programs and SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate training records in line with system requirements.
  • Lead the transition to digital, paperless training and checklists.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to deliver onboarding and development.
  • Measure training effectiveness and provide feedback to drive improvement.
  • Champion compliance with online training modules.
