About the Role: As our Operational Training Manager, you'll lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs across the site. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust operational training for new and existing employees.
• Assess training needs through employee interviews and manager consultations.

• Monitor, audit, and continuously improve training programs and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate training records in line with system requirements.
• Lead the transition to digital, paperless training and checklists.
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to deliver onboarding and development.
• Measure training effectiveness and provide feedback to drive improvement.
• Champion compliance with online training modules.
