Job summary

INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is recruiting for a Training & Development role at our UK sites, including Crick. You will assess capability, coach colleagues, and support the creation of training materials and SOPs.

The role focuses on maintaining records, delivering refresher training, and driving continuous improvement across processes and equipment changes. You will engage with Area Managers and Team Leaders, conduct evaluations, and ensure competence standards are met, with flexible hybrid working

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience coaching, buddying or training people to learn new tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues and managers at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and maintaining accurate records.
• Basic working knowledge of Word, Excel, email and PowerPoint.
• Numeracy and literacy to at least Entry Level 2.
• Train the Trainer qualification or equivalent would be beneficial.
• Assessor qualification or equivalent would also be beneficial.
