Coventry City Council is seeking an Administrative Support role in the Youth Offending Service to assist Operational Managers, Case Managers and Support Officers with reports, minuting meetings, data entry and updating case management systems.
You will contribute to positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families, while promoting a collaborative team culture in line with One Coventry values. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; DBS checks apply and interviews will be arranged.
In our Professional Support Service, you'll play a vital role, supporting Children’s Services on an administrative basis. You'll contribute significantly to Children’s Services, ensuring positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families. In this role you will be supporting Operational Managers, Case Managers and Support Officers with a whole range of tasks, including supporting with reports, minuting meetings, data entry and updating case management systems, and answering phone calls.
All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role. This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
The working hours are going to be: Monday 9.00 am - 12.30 pm Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Friday - 8.30 am - 4.30 pm
