A leading employment agency is seeking a Temporary Operational Support Officer in Ipswich. You will provide key administrative support to urgent care services, manage operational queries, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and the ability to communicate effectively. This position offers an hourly rate of £12.56 plus holiday pay, with rotating shifts and a contract length until March 31, 2026.
Location: Ipswich, IP1 (weekdays onsite, weekends from home)
Hourly rate: £12.56 + £1.52 holiday pay PAYE
Contract length: until 31st March 2026.
Hours: 8am – 6pm, 7 days a week on a rotating shift pattern
As an Operational Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the System Coordination Centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across urgent and emergency care services. You’ll be the first point of contact for operational queries, manage data collection for system visibility, and provide administrative support to critical teams.
