Job summary

AliveDx in the United Kingdom is seeking a Department Leader for Operational Support near Edinburgh to shape a fast-paced, GMP-regulated function. You will lead Production Services, Buffer & Reagent, Label Printing and Rotational Support, building high-performing teams and ensuring schedule, quality and cost targets are met.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will foster continuous improvement, implement training, manage budgets and capital plans, and role-model the company

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams.
• GMP/ISO13485 knowledge or exposure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and change.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Operational Support activities and participate in leadership meetings.
• Lead multiple teams, supporting team leaders and ensuring schedules are met with quality and cost targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to secure required resources.
• Manage the function to align with business strategy and improve processes.
• Ensure teams have skills to meet future requirements and implement development plans.
• Achieve budget targets and plan capital expenditure as needed.
