Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Senior Executive (Manager) in Operational Strategy to drive pragmatic, results-oriented transformations across sectors. Qualifications

Experience in professional services/consulting.
Operational Strategy: cost transformation, zero-based budgeting, turnaround/operational restructuring.
Functional specialty: experience in supply chain, manufacturing or procurement.
Value creation in transactions including carve-outs or integrations.
Strong analytical skills linking operational analysis to financial statements and client strategy.

Responsibilities

Advise clients across sectors on strategic transformations and execution.
Lead on-ground client engagements, coordinating with EY-client teams.
Support new business development and go-to-market activities, including pitches.
Coach junior team members and help grow the practice.
Engage stakeholders with clear communications and proactive updates.
