Operational resilience (Business Continuity)Hybrid working - 1 day per week on site Our client, a reputable and leading UK business, is looking to hire a Senior Operational Resilience Specialist.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our clients ability to withstand and recover from severe disruptions, in compliance with FCA SYSC 15A.2 and PRA SS1 / 21 requirements.

Working collaboratively with both IT and Business Functions, this role supports the development, implementation, and continual improvement of resilience and continuity strategies across the organisation.

The role holder will help to identify & reduce the risk from disaster events and plan for the recovery of services (including IT, Buildings & People). It will be the role holder's input that ensures critical business functions can be resumed with as little impact as possible.
