A leading financial services organization in the UK seeks an Operational Resilience Manager to promote and embed operational resilience principles across the Group. You will design and deliver training, support cultural change, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and exceptional management and influencing skills. This is a remote-first role, with a closing date of October 20, 2025.
As an Operational Resilience Manager, you’ll be partnering with stakeholders across the Group to support embedding Operational Resilience principles into our culture and support our colleagues ongoing learning through designing and delivering training.
You’ll leverage your experience as a people and change specialist to influence and deliver key messages across a range teams across NWG, at all levels of seniority, that promote positive behaviours to support our operational resilience strategy.
You’ll also be:
We’re looking for someone with excellent management skills and experience, and the ability to motivate others while managing conflicting priorities. You'll have strong influencing, communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to operate effectively at all levels.
You’ll also have a good understanding of financial services, and experience in regulatory change, including operational resilience.
