As an Operational Resilience Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for shaping, strengthening, and delivering our resilience strategy. There will be opportunities to design and enhance robust plans, build and maintain a leading practice resilience frameworks. All with the purpose of ensuring that business functions are fully prepared to keep our airport running smoothly, no matter what incidents occur.
You will have the chance to collaborate closely with a diverse network of internal stakeholders, influencing decisions and embedding resilience into every part of our operation. There will be opportunities to drive alignment across teams, innovate processes, and ensure that every action we take leads to positive, reliable outcomes for the entire airport operation.
In this role, your expertise will directly shape the airport's ability to ensure that we adapt, respond, and recover from any disruption.

Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
