Job summary

Morrisons is offering a two-year graduate scheme across our manufacturing sites in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience, drive improvements in production, and be prepared to lead teams up to 50 people as you progress to a Shift Manager role.

You will rotate across sites to learn end-to-end manufacturing, with support from mentors and structured coaching. A 2:2 degree is required and relocation to different sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 in any degree subject.
• Ideal if you have an agricultural interest or passion for farming.
• You’ll be a great communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to build relationships.

What’s involved?

Throughout the 2-year scheme, you’ll work across our different manufacturing sites where you’ll be able to experience every aspect of the manufacturing of our top-quality products. You’ll help us drive efficiencies and innovation in a fast-paced environment. Your time will be spent gaining knowledge on the manufacturing process along with an understanding of how to be a successful leader. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating the product lifecycle: from field, to factory, to one of our stores

By the end of the programme, you will have the experience and skills needed to progress into the role of a Shift Manager and lead your own team of up to 50 people. If you’ve got the leadership skills and drive to make things happen, then you could progress to join our management team and gain a wealth of experience across the business.

What you’ll need to join us
