The Working Age Data and Performance Team sits at the heart of DWP's Digital Transformation Group, providing the analysis, performance insight and resource planning that help drive continuous improvement across Working Age services. Working with Operations, Digital teams and senior stakeholders, including Directors and Ministers, you will use data and insight to understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and support evidence based decision making. You'll contribute to the development of performance measures and process indicators, test hypotheses, evaluate outcomes and help shape data driven initiatives that improve services for our customers.
