1to1 Group are recruiting for an Operational Finance Controller for our client in Winchester. this role will bridge the gap between operations and finance, ensuring financial information is used to drive improved business performance. The role combines financial and operational analysis with process control, support in process improvement and systems oversight.

Role Details
  • Long Crendon
  • Permanent
  • Full time, Monday to Friday
Role Responsibilities
  • Preparation and analysis of regular and ad-hoc reposts using tools such as Power BI, Excel and ERP systems.
  • Analyse production related costs.
  • Identify inefficiency and areas of improvement in operational processes.
  • Gain insights and drive implementation of solutions.
  • Management training and supervision of one direct post.
  • Ownership and development of the company’s stock control procedures to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained across all sites.
  • Implementation of strong inventory control procedures and the use of best practices through continuing process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to all company procedures relating to inventory and process control.
  • Management and control of all internal stock movements.
  • Plan and coordinate inventory counts of all sites.
  • Maintain the ERP system so that stock data .
Role Requirements
  • D365 systems experience.
  • Experience using Power BI, Excel and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience of stock control within a multi-site, manufacturing environment.
